Our quality system has QA and QC.For all the tiny parts, we will inspect 1%-2% before production. For the PCB board, we will inspect 100%. Even for the charging cable, we will test 100% .For the assembled products, we will inspect 100% including aging test and sound quality inspection.

For all the wireless earphone, our QC worker will inspect the sound quality, battery discharging and charging, shell without any dirt or scratch. For some problems we found in the production, our QC engineers will check and find the reason, and improve the production process.

Usually we support your customers DHL UPS TNT FEDEX EMS service for the goods below 45 KG. Also, we can provide airport to airport service for the goods over 45 kg or over 100 kg. If the goods is over 1000 kg, and the client do not need the goods urgently, we can consider to use seaway.

Our product series has two kinds. One is MOQ 1000 pcs, the other kind is small MOQ and fast delivery. The lowest MOQ is 20 pcs, the shortest lead time is 2 days. We need 1-2 days to inspect all the goods 100% good quality. Of course, we support you trial order with different samples.
